Spa Concepts International's specialized efforts can be summarized in Five Phases: Phase I - Market Analysis & Feasibility; Phase II - Concept & Facility Development; Phase III - Program & Operations Development; Phase IV Systems & Training; Phase V- Management.

Phase I entails a market study, concept planning and financial projections. Phase II includes the development of a unique concept as well as working in conjunction with the client's architect and/or interior designer to create a facility in which the concept and technical functions are achieved harmoniously. Phase III encompasses designing a personalized spa program to suit the clientele, planning retail sales, developing a marketing plan, planning operating procedures and recruiting the appropriate staff . Phase IV includes systems development, training, on-site administration and opening assistance. A wide range of management services are included in Phase V.
