Spa Concepts International's specialized efforts can be summarized in four phases: market analysis; facility development; the conception of a distinctive spa program and operational procedures; implementation and management of programs and operations. Phase One entails a market survey, concept planning and financial projections. Phase Two includes working in conjunction with the client's architect and/or interior designer to create a facility in which the desired atmosphere and the building's technical functions are achieved harmoniously. Phase Three encompasses designing a personalized spa program to suit the clientele, planning retail sales, marketing, and program development. Recruiting, staffing, and training the appropriate staff, on-site administration and supervision of programs and operations are the fundamentals of Phase Four.
