A frequent lecturer at national trade events, Ms. Jensch has chaired workshops at the Club Industry, International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA), International Spa Association (ISPA) and American Spa conventions. She holds teaching credentials from the California Community Colleges and is listed in the Nationwide Register's Who's Who in Executives and Business. She was founder and publisher of Spa Specs - a highly respected trade publication and the Editorial Director of Spa Business. She was formerly on the Advisory Board for Spa Trade and Spa Exec for many years. She is currently a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the International Spa Association.
